Terms of Service

These terms apply when you order from ECM Custom Designs. Placing an order means you accept them.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline an order or cancel and refund it if an item is unavailable, a price is listed wrongly, or we cannot produce the artwork to a usable standard.

Artwork you supply

This is the important one. When you upload artwork, you confirm that:

• You own it, or you have permission from whoever does to have it printed
• Printing it will not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights
• You will cover any claim, loss or cost we face because that turns out not to be true

We cannot check who owns a logo or design, so we rely on you. School crests, club badges, team marks, brand logos and characters are usually owned by someone — if you are not sure you have permission, ask them before ordering.

We may refuse artwork we believe infringes someone's rights, or that is offensive, and will refund you if we do.

Custom items are made for you

Anything printed with your artwork, or made for a specific school group, is produced to order. It cannot be resold, so it is not returnable unless there is a fault or we made a mistake. See our returns policy.

How it will look

Screens and fabric do not match exactly. Colours may vary a little from what you see, garment shades vary between batches, and the preview shown in the design tool is a guide to placement and size rather than an exact reproduction. We print what you approved.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. If a price is obviously wrong we will contact you before producing the order rather than charge it.

Collection

Orders are collected rather than posted. We will tell you when yours is ready and where to collect it. Please collect within a reasonable time — we have limited space to hold finished orders.

Turnaround

Any timescale we give is an estimate. Busy periods, garment availability and artwork that needs work can all affect it. We will tell you if something will take longer than expected.

If something goes wrong

We will put right anything we got wrong. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits anything that cannot legally be limited.

Which law applies

We are based in Arizona, and these terms are governed by Arizona law. Any dispute about them will be handled by the state or federal courts of Arizona.
