Printing & Order Policies

At ECM Design every piece is made to order. Your apparel is printed specifically for your order, which lets us focus on quality and make something just for you.

Because our products are custom-made and enter production specifically for each order, please take a moment to review your selections carefully before checking out.

DTF printing

We use Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing for vibrant, detailed and durable designs. It gives excellent color, fine detail and a soft, flexible finish, and prints on a wide variety of garment colors and fabrics.

As with any printing process, the final result can vary slightly depending on the garment color, fabric, artwork and printing conditions.

Color disclaimer

The colors you see on your screen are not guaranteed to be an exact representation of the printed colors. Every screen displays color differently based on brightness, settings and device, and the color and fabric of the garment also influence the finished design.

Slight variations between the colors shown online and the final printed product are normal and are not considered a defect. We cannot guarantee an exact color match to a digital image, website graphic or screen display.

A note about artwork

We work hard to make sure your design prints beautifully, but the quality of the original artwork plays an important role in the result. High-resolution artwork produces the clearest, sharpest print — very small details, thin lines, tiny text, gradients and low-resolution images may look slightly different once printed.

Our made-to-order policy

Made with intention. Made for you.

Every piece is made to order — your apparel is printed specifically for your order. Because it enters production just for you, please review your selections carefully before checking out.

No returns or exchanges

Because each item is made specifically for your order, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Garment color preference
• Design preference
• Minor color variations from what appears on screen

Please review the sizing information and all product details before placing your order.

Order cancellations

Once your order is submitted we begin processing it for production. Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. If we can stop your order before production begins, a cancellation fee applies to cover processing, artwork preparation, payment processing and other costs of preparing your order. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are evaluated based on the status of the order.

If we make a mistake

If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or has a confirmed manufacturing or printing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ecmcustomdesigns.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and the issue. If the issue was an error on our part, we will make it right with an appropriate replacement or resolution.

Issues caused by incorrect customer selections, normal printing variations, improper garment care, or general wear and tear are not eligible for replacement.

• Correct personalization, if applicable

Once your order is placed, we get to work creating it specifically for you.
