Privacy Policy

This explains what we collect when you use this site, why, and who else sees it. Questions go to support@ecmcustomdesigns.com.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect:

• Your name, email address, phone number and address
• What you ordered, and any note you add at checkout
• Any artwork you upload, along with the preview you approve and the print size you chose

If you create an account we also store your sign-in details and any saved addresses. You can order without an account.

Payment

Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never sent to us or stored on our systems — we receive only whether the payment succeeded and the last digits of the card. Stripe's own privacy policy covers what they do with it.

Artwork you upload

Artwork is stored privately and is not publicly listed or indexed. It is used to produce your order and to show you what you approved. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell or share it. Tell us if you want it deleted once your order is complete.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies, all of which are needed for the site to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

• _medusa_cart_id — remembers your basket between visits
• _medusa_jwt — keeps you signed in, if you have an account
• _medusa_cache_id — used internally to serve pages faster
• _medusa_locale, _medusa_onboarding, _medusa_pending_customer — remember preferences and progress through checkout

Analytics

We use a privacy-focused analytics tool that counts page visits without cookies and without collecting anything that identifies you. It does not follow you across other websites.

Who else sees your information

Only the services needed to run the shop, and only what each needs to do its job:

• Stripe — takes payment
• Plunk — sends your order confirmation and account emails
• Railway — hosts the site and stores your order and artwork

These providers store data in the United States. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and in case you come back with a question about a past order. Artwork is kept so we can reprint it if you reorder. Ask us and we will delete anything we are not required to keep.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@ecmcustomdesigns.com and we will respond as quickly as we can.

Children

This shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Orders for a child are placed by a parent or guardian, and any student name given at checkout is used only to get the right item to the right person.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top.
