Artwork Requirements

Last updated 7 September 2026

For the best possible print, upload the highest-quality version of your artwork available. The quality of your finished print depends heavily on the file you provide.

Preferred file types

  • PNG — preferred for artwork with a transparent background
  • PDF, SVG, AI or EPS — preferred for vector artwork and logos
  • JPG/JPEG — accepted, but should be high resolution

Image quality

For best results, artwork should be:

  • 300 DPI at the intended print size
  • Clear and sharp, not blurry or pixelated
  • Free of unwanted backgrounds wherever possible
  • The original artwork file, rather than a screenshot or an image saved from social media

For example, a design printed 12 inches wide should be roughly 3,600 pixels wide at 300 DPI.

Transparent backgrounds

If your design should not have a background printed around it, upload a PNG with a transparent background, or a vector file. A white background is not the same as a transparent one — if a white background is included in the artwork, it may be printed as part of the design.

Please avoid

Low-resolution images, screenshots, photos of printed artwork, images downloaded from social media, and small images that have been enlarged. Any of these may result in a blurry or pixelated print.

Not sure about your artwork?

Submit the best file you have and we can review it before printing. If it does not meet these recommendations, we will contact you before production.

Please note that we cannot add detail or resolution that is not present in the original image. Artwork requiring background removal, recreation, vectorization or other significant editing may require an additional artwork fee.

By uploading your artwork you confirm that you have permission to use it and hold the necessary rights to reproduce it.
